1. Scope and Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and digital products offered by Sandra Halbe, including:

Retreats (online and in-person)

Community access and memberships

Future certifications and trainings
By purchasing or booking through this website or platforms such as ThriveCart or Communi, the client agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
These services are intended for private individuals and self-employed entrepreneurs. Consumer rights under applicable EU law apply unless explicitly excluded in individual contracts.
2. Contract Formation
A binding agreement is created when the client completes the checkout process (click-to-purchase) via ThriveCart or similar platforms.
Confirmation is sent automatically by email. Manual agreements via email are valid when explicitly confirmed by both parties.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in EUR and are final unless otherwise specified.
Payments can be made via:

Subscription / membership model

Installment / payment plans (where offered)
Payment providers may include Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and others.
This may include payment methods such as credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Pay Later, SEPA Direct Debit, PayPal balance or PayPal Credit.
Special offers (such as bundle prices, early-bird discounts or loyalty-based pricing) may be provided at Sandra Halbe’s discretion and are non-transferable.
In case of missed or delayed installment payments, access to services may be temporarily or permanently revoked until payment is complete.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling (1:1 Sessions)

1:1 sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, and the session is considered used.
5. Withdrawal & Refund Policy
According to EU consumer law, clients may have a 14-day withdrawal right. However:
For digital content (e.g. online courses, community access), clients waive their right to withdrawal upon purchase, as access is granted immediately.
This waiver is implemented via a checkbox at checkout (as required by Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
Refunds for group programs, retreats or memberships are generally not provided, unless otherwise stated in the individual offer.
6. Service Delivery & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate personal and billing information

Ensuring stable internet access for online formats

Respectful behavior in community spaces (violations may lead to removal)

Showing up fully for sessions and group calls
Results are not guaranteed; transformation depends on personal engagement and responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All materials, videos, audio, PDFs, frameworks and brand content are the intellectual property of Sandra Halbe.
Clients receive a non-transferable, personal license to use the content for their own development only.
Sharing, copying, publishing, or using materials for client work, training or teaching purposes is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Services offered are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatments and do not replace professional health care.
Sandra Halbe is not liable for any results, decisions or actions taken based on the use of her content or programs.
9. Data Protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
11. Modifications
Sandra Halbe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be informed of changes if they impact ongoing contracts or services.
