1. Definitions
Consumer
A natural person purchasing for private, non-commercial purposes.
Business Client
A natural or legal person acting for commercial or self-employed purposes.
Digital Products
All digital content including online courses, programs, audio, video, PDFs, downloads, memberships, community access and licenses.
Live Services
Coaching, workshops, calls, trainings, ceremonies, retreats and in-person events.
Free Services
Any content, access or platform provided without charge.
Third-Party Platforms
External providers such as payment processors, community platforms, streaming services and communication tools.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all services provided by Sandra Halbe via website, checkout systems, email, Messenger services and community platforms, including but not limited to Communi, ThriveCart, Zoom, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and Facebook.
Website content constitutes an invitation to submit an offer.
No binding contract is formed until acceptance is confirmed.
3. Contract Conclusion
The client submits a binding offer by completing checkout or confirming via website, email or Messenger.
The contract is concluded upon written or automated confirmation and payment receipt.
The provider may refuse bookings without stating reasons.
Contractual rights may not be assigned without written consent.
4. Nature of Services
All services are educational and experiential.
No medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment is provided.
No diagnosis or healing promises are made.
The client remains responsible for physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and must consult licensed providers when appropriate.
No economic, business or personal results are guaranteed.
Participation does not replace therapy or medical care.
5. Prices & Payments
All prices are stated in EUR unless otherwise indicated.
Payment may be made via credit card, PayPal, Stripe, Klarna, SEPA, Apple Pay or similar services.
Payment plans become binding once started and cannot be cancelled prematurely.
If payment fails:
– access may be suspended
– outstanding balances remain due
– collection procedures may follow
6. EU Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union may withdraw within 14 days from contract conclusion.
Withdrawal must be declared clearly by email to:

Refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
7. Waiver of Withdrawal – Digital Content
For digital services and content delivered immediately:
The client explicitly agrees that access begins immediately
and waives the statutory right of withdrawal once access starts.
Consent is collected via mandatory checkbox during checkout.
This right applies only to consumers.
Business clients are not entitled to statutory withdrawal rights.
8. Access Duration & Expiry
Digital Products
Minimum access of 24 months unless otherwise stated.
Lifetime access only if explicitly advertised.
Live Services and coaching packages
Must be used within 6 months unless stated otherwise.
Unused sessions expire without refund.
Memberships and subscriptions
Run until cancelled.
No refunds for partial billing periods.
9. Appointments
Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
No refunds for unused sessions.
10. Free Services & Community Access
Free services are provided voluntarily and non-binding.
There is no entitlement to availability, accuracy or continuity.
The provider may change or discontinue free services at any time.
No contractual rights arise from free use.
11. Recordings of Sessions
Live sessions, group calls and trainings may be recorded for internal program use or participant access.
By participating, the client agrees that recordings may be made.
Recordings are used solely within the program context.
No publication or disclosure without written consent.
For 1:1 sessions, recordings will only be made with the explicit written consent of the client.
Participants may disable camera or microphone at any time.
12. Confidentiality
The provider commits to confidentiality regarding all personal information shared by the client within sessions, programs or communications.
Clients also commit to confidentiality regarding personal information of other participants.
Information may not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.
13. Service Adjustments
The provider reserves the right to modify program content, format, schedules or platforms, provided that the core service remains materially equivalent.
No entitlement exists to a specific method, trainer, platform or timetable.
14. Extraordinary Termination
The provider may terminate contracts immediately in cases of:
– non-payment
– repeated late payments
– violations of these Terms
– abusive behaviour
– disruption of group or community processes
– breach of confidentiality
– misuse of content or intellectual property
In such cases, no refund is granted.
15. Third-Party Platforms
No liability is assumed for failures, outages or malfunctions of third-party platforms including payment services, community platforms and communication tools.
16. Intellectual Property
All materials remain exclusive intellectual property.
Clients receive a personal, non-transferable usage licence.
Prohibited without written consent:
– copying
– sharing
– teaching
– republishing
– commercial use
17. Liability
The provider is liable only for intentional misconduct and gross negligence.
For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages related to essential contractual duties.
No liability is assumed for:
– business decisions
– emotional responses
– indirect damages
– loss of profit
– technical outages caused by third parties
Statutory liability for personal injury remains unaffected.
18. Retreats & Physical Participation
Participation is voluntary and at own risk.
Travel, accommodation, insurance and visas are client responsibility.
Retreat fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Force majeure may lead to rescheduling or credit.
19. Force Majeure
No liability for delays or disruptions caused by:
– natural events
– illness
– government restrictions
– infrastructure or platform outages
Refunds are not guaranteed.
20. Data Protection
Processing of personal data complies with GDPR.

21. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
French law applies.
Consumers may file claims in their country of residence.
Business clients accept exclusive jurisdiction in France.
The contractual language is English.
22. Age Requirement
Services are available only to clients aged 18 or older.
23. Amendments
The provider may amend these Terms.
Clients will be informed of material changes affecting ongoing contracts.
24. Severability
Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
