Hi, I’m Sandra.
I once felt trapped in exhaustion, self-sabotage, and endless withdrawal.
My background in Sports Science, years of bodywork and embodiment training, and my own lived path through shame, guilt and burnout have become the foundation to guide women like you.
I know the exhaustion of pushing past my body – circling the same patterns again and again.
I know the frustration of ending the day drained or dissatisfied – only to spiral deeper into shame, guilt, and the feeling of never being enough.
